I’m not against therapy at all but some things are spiritual. And we have to be careful of woke who we connect to that we think may be for us. It’s basically like looking through the spiritual lens. I’m be honest you all as a prophetic Intercessor the enemy is out seeking who he may be devour . Sometimes it can be people we never thought it would be or blinded. Yes stay in prayer but watch the enemy he is a deceiver. Praying for family ♥️🙏

I wish a lot more women are educated that postpartum depression are often a result of a vitamin deficiency. It’s important to continue to get the proper nutrients and exercise after having a baby. 😔 I didn’t learn this until I was pregnant with my second child, wish I knew it sooner

I just had my 3rd baby and I'm going thru this postpartum depression. it'd very serious and real. it's hard to fully open up to family or people. Just pray for our strength some are stronger than others.

This is so sad but we as women must make sure we’re mentally prepared for children idc if you’re married mental health matters yea babies are cute yes pregnancy is beautiful but it’s deeper than that think about your mental health first and always!! May she Rest In Peace ♥️
