In the comments on the Reddit post, she left him. Apparently she’s been having an emotional affair for last 3 years. OP came home and her things were gone ,she left the house keys and blocked him.

I know you want to keep her around because of her personality but if you’re no longer attracted to her because of her alterations why stay. I don’t shame anyone who does surgeries because it’s their choice but I also don’t understand why people do so much to alter themselves

the problem in this story is not the woman. it's him. he refused to lead his marriage and to tell his wife no. he even said "her body, her choice". instead of telling her no, and protecting her from herself, he gave her the agency to go off the rails and now their marriage is over. this is the same type of guy who would drive his wife to the abortion clinic and pay for a doctor to kill their unborn baby because that's what she decided. he makes me sick. I wish they stayed together because he deserves what he gets.
