I didn’t understand why us Africans for 3 months you go to your family to take care of you after birth or they come to you. I think it really helps being with women in your family taking care of the baby and you. Husband just checks in everyday. I really think having your family around to let you sleep really helps

I lost my oldest son to SIDS in Sept 2024 & found out I was pregnant again Feb 2025. Ive had 2 miscarriages this year. I’ve been battling grief and postpartum all at once 😩 it’s a tough battle to fight but nothing is too big for MY GOD 🙏🏾 #RIP
