Personally, I think Jin was actually giving us a little hint by bringing up Africa, especially since they've mentioned it before, including during their live in Spain. RM was explaining the original tour plans, which is the tour they're currently doing, and why they couldn't include Africa and several other places because of different circumstances and limitations. Then Jimin explained that they extended the tour so they could visit as many places as possible that they couldn't visit before. So I think people are taking RM's explanation out of context. They were talking about the original plans, not saying they would never come to Africa. And anyway, they can't reveal or confirm which countries they'll visit on their next world tour before an official announcement. When I watched the live, my first thought was actually that they might be hinting at places they hope to visit in the future, not that they'll never come. Of course, I understand that touring certain African countries can be challenging for logistical reasons, but every country is different. Morocco, for example, has its own infrastructure and requirements. We shouldn't generalise or assume that visiting the entire continent is impossible. Let's not confuse the two
