They’re called “guy wire” towers. The others are monopole (typical for cell towers) and lattice (cellular and cellular MW backhaul hubs.

Hey I know that tower! The channel 3 maintenance guy took my dad and I up to the top. Took us 20 min to get to the top in the steel cage elevator.
