So many different food items to try. The setup of one item per table and pre-portioned packaging made it so easy and swift. I now know I like red bean paste 😁 Nice mix of vendors.

I liked the dance competition and the traditional dances and showcases. Would love to see more stage time used to explain and show things like the wedding ceremony. Would love if the tea ceremony could have been several tables set up. It was so much fun. Can’t wait to see what happens next year.
