This isn't the first time they promised the US military that they were going to put them on their own power supply and give them three months supply. The reality is it does make the US military more mission capable. However, this has been a promise that's been going on for over 20 years. Donald Trump just grabbed some low hanging fruit to appease the military that is very unhappy with him. Don't get too excited about it outside influences are attacking or critical infrastructure, but we are fighting back.
