As the body rolls and falls, it tucks in for protection. In other words, extending the leg in such a situation is not a reflex. I’m not a supporter of either team. I’m a former amateur referee. However, interpreting this situation in this way is understandable. This is because you have a track record of making the same incorrect decisions in similar situations. My advice to you is that if you want to be a better commentator than you were as a referee, you should learn a bit about biomechanics.
