Firstly, I’m sorry for what you endured. I, too, am experiencing the heartache of waiting. That said, I don’t understand the song choice. It speaks on essentially not giving up on someone. I felt disheartened that this beautiful TikTok didn’t end in “I’m here, I was always here, and when you find your way back, I’ll still be here.” That was where I felt each page would leave me…to enduring love and eternal hope. Perhaps, because that’s where I am currently on my own personal journey. Though one of the most difficult periods of my life… I’ve not surrendered to giving up. I imagine that you once stood firm where I am now, and you likely gave everything you could until you resigned yourself to an acceptance you never fathomed. So, my heart goes out to you. I wish for you healing and hope you find a love that is reciprocal to all you have to offer. ❤️‍🩹
