The bags say 150, 200 pieces but I couldnt give just one tiny piece to each child.

I bought the candy because we have a ton of kids in the neighborhood but my bags had 150 pieces in them and it was bogo so that helped and I buy my daughter multipack chip boxes and gave the ones away she won’t eat and nutrition bars my husband wants but I got the wrong ones so the kids got those, the candy bags were so expensive but it comes once a year and my child gets so excited and I love to see all the costumes

Candy was so expensive this year, I gave out dollar store toothbrush kits or candy. most kids chose toothbrush kit

Where I live usually every house has their light on and we get hundreds of trick-or-treaters. You were lucky to have two maybe three houses with their lights on this year I think everything being so expensive nobody can afford the candy.

1st time ever my walmart did 50% off on candy nov 1 bc they had so much!! i grabbed candy for stockings(actually reg packaging was available 50% off) & even some to donate for Christmas parade 💖💖💖

You can buy one bag of candy this to see if there are any trick-or-treaters and if there aren’t any, you can always take it back and get your money back that’s what we did we bought two bags and used only one so we took back the other one back and got our money back

I shopped, and walked the street and was was about to go into my house, and on Trick or Treaters, was there. I gave him a ‘Ring Ding’, and he was appreciative. 🥰

I got the impression kids are more conscious about sugar and toxins based on comments they make. I had a ton a kids last year but not nearly as many last night and not many neighbors participated like last year. You spend alot of money and never know what the turnout will be.
