That 22 yo kicked butt. He was my fav ever as he was funny as well as clever. I was so impressed by him. Helped I was balling at the tume lol. I found Tayla cute but annoying, but still was so happy everyone did so well. Especially Rick. He absolutely deserved that.

I also think it was interesting how this year channel 9 didn’t focus on the “build defects”and having the contestants fix everything over many episodes.

Agree with it all!! Also the previous episode during the walk through one lady said ‘those with money, don’t care’ and that showed. Not a criticism but just a reflection of the economy at the moment

So many "fans" saying how rediculous the reserves were yet have no clue what mount eliza is like and what the standard median house price is in that area. The block houses were very well prices for the local market this year. The agents selected were also very good.
