Mistakes are a givin in this life. How can you grow and learn without them? Dont be hard on yourself. Being at my ripe age of 50 i look back and see everything I went thru shaped who I am today. Some of it was rough but I wouldn't change a thing. Your strength comes from struggles and mistakes. Learning to love yourself also comes in time. If you can lay your head down at night and rest peacefully knowing you are human and willing to grow and apologize when needed then you are off to an amazing start. Hang in there. Giving yourself grace is sometimes the hardest thing to do becuase arent we always harder on our own selves?
