Was the only reliable one until I wasn't. I will happily bust my butt for my boss, BUT it comes with the understanding that I will be shown an ounce of decency. I also have the wisdom to know my worth, and will tolerate SOME bs, because ya know, stuff does happen. When there's a pattern of being micromanaged, expected to use the restroom on my break, can't talk to my coworkers, expected to meet some ridiculous quota, suddenly have to prove why I deserve a raise, am disciplined over the least little thing, no matter how trivial, am trash talked by people who are supposedly managers and supervisors, am disciplined in front of customers by someone who has to literally get in my face, and supervisors and managers are allowed to break all the rules, and even abuse their authority, but God forbid someone else does something unintentionally and they're written up, yeah there's a major problem! I actually do best in an environment where I can help whoever needs help, regardless of if it's my department or part of my job, and I have a constant need to learn! I actually love learning new things! But when it turns into I'm prevented from advancing, I'm out.

I literally let dudes screw up something that I know their wrong rather than standing over them and treating them like they are not grown. they learn something and I dont have to talk to a man like hes a a child.
