I do Tinis recipe but with a tweak! I don’t use flour.. instead I pour the heavy cream, evaporated milk and seasoning into a pan.. get it warm.. melt 12 slices of velveeta and then 1/2 cup parmesan.. once that melts add your cheeses Tini uses and either eat it as is or bake like she does! :) I always make it this way and never grainy ever due to no flour!

I have made the version of this without the flour and it was perfectly fine!! I tend to burn the flour which makes it taste gritty so I skip out on it lol

The big spaghetti pot works the best in my opinion, you have more whisking room. Not the huge silver tall one but the “noodle” one it’s usually the biggest one in the pack of pots and pans if that makes any sense
