@disturbingcasefiles: Two registered sex offenders in Clovis are back behind bars following a two-day pre-Halloween enforcement sweep dubbed "Operation No Tricks or Treats". Clovis Police detectives, partnering with the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office ICAC Taskforce, conducted 15 probation compliance searches targeting offenders already on probation for child sexual abuse material. During the sweep, 39-year-old Victor Schumacher and 28-year-old Able Snowden were both found in violation of their probation and arrested on multiple new felony charges.
