Blend until smooth; season with salt if needed. 5. Light a gas flame or grill. Char the red bell peppers, zucchini, and onions over open flame until blackened and blistered, about 5-7 minutes per side. 6. Once vegetables are charred, remove from flame and let cool slightly.
