There's something else going on. BV benched Jackson Arnold and fired his OC before. If ever there was a time to at least bench Mateer, it was weeks ago against Georgia. What's holding him back now? And at this point, you can't judge Arbuckle if his QB can't make his reads or make a throw on the off chance he does. That's not saying Arbuckle is calling a good game either. It's a freaking mess!

The “Mateer gives us the best chance to win,” is so absurd!!! We are 4-4! This is not a hard choice! Our coaching staff has to make decisions for the TEAM!! Leaving #10 in the game is NOT what’s best for the team! Period!!

It’s been that way all season. I checked Beau’s stats and he’s only thrown 1 pass in his CFB career. He should already conditioned to our play book. He should also been building on his skill set since he’s been at OU.
