@marissareneerobertson: This was soooo delicious & my sous chef was exceptional hehe Cheesy Beef Pasta: 1 Ib of ground beef 1/2 large yellow onion or 1 small one diced 2 garlic cloves 1/2 Ib pasta of your choice 3-4 cups beef broth 2 tablespoons flour 11/2 - 2 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 18 oz can of tomato sauce 1 teaspoon of each: Garlic powder Onion powder Paprika Italian seasoning Oil to brown your meat Salt/pepper to taste Oil your pan, brown your meat for about 8-10 min. Add in your onion & cook for another 5. Drain almost all of the grease, leave a little to mix with the flour. Add in 2 minced garlic cloves and stir for about 1 minute. Make sure your pan is on medium heat. Add in your flour and stir for 1 minute to cook out flour taste. Slowly add in beef broth. I started with 3 cups. Scrape the bottom of your pan as you're adding it. Add in tomato sauce, Worcestershire, and all your seasonings. Simmer for about 5 minutes on medium. Add in your pasta, pop a lid on and follow cooking time on package keeping it on a medium heat. Check it every 3 minutes or so to make sure there is still liquid in the pan. You want everything to be pretty submerged. After pasta is fully cooked turn your heat to low. Add milk and slowly add in shredded cheese. Let it sit on the lowest heat setting for about 5 min just to thicken up slightly. #fyp #dinnerrecipes #weeknightmeals #easymeals #fallrecipes
