I save jars from pickles and other things and drain my grease into them. Then throw them in the trash when full.

I put the foil in a bowl and my strainer sits right on top of the bowl. I let it get hard and then throw it away.

I have a trash bowl in the bottom of my refrigerator and pour it in it and put my trash bowl lid back on. Because I don't want my trash to smell in the house.

Same here. Tilt the pan, put paper towels in tilted side of pan, drain the grease onto paper towels, remove paper towels, discard into trash.

we are on septic tank and NOT sewer so I would absolutely not pour grease down the sink, but i usually use a couple paper towels and soak it up, unless I have any old glass jars or cut the top off a coke can and dump in there and let it sit on the side of the sink until it hardens.

I just pour it straight into the garbage as long as I have stuff in the garbage for it to go on so it don't leak out. If there is nothing in the garbage for it to soak on, I put the foil in the sink that way
