I use their empty Neil med bottle and shot air into my nostril. I couldn’t hear out of one ear continuously for 4 months, never a day did it go away which was odd, I went to see 3 specialist but I had that empty bottle, squeezed hard in the opposite nostril and a LOUD pop. I felt like Superman hearing sounds from far away. Wish this device existed back then
