FRANMAGEDDON IS ALMOST OVER! If you didn’t know, I launched an animation storytime and art related YouTube channel this week! I posted everyday for 1 week to debut my YouTube career and to prove to myself that I could do it :) If you haven’t seen me on your FYP yet, check me out!! My YouTube is “FranBlam” 😛 Here’s everything I learned!! 1.) Prioritize scripting and editing! Even if your videos aren’t super animated or the best art, people will still tune in if you have something good to say :) I’ve definitely watched YouTube videos that weren’t the best quality because I was curious about what the person had to say! 2.) Don’t be afraid of editing softwares! I was most nervous about learning a new software and it probably stopped me from launching my channel for the longest time.. I use Da Vinci Resolve and I loved it sm I paid for the premium version! I watched a couple tutorials and it took me less than a week to get comfortable using it, definitely not as scary as it looks! 3.) Just get started. I put off YouTube for the LONGEST time because I was worried about how difficult it would be. Believe it or not, making 7 videos only took me 2 weeks to do! And the sooner I got started, the sooner I finished :) 4.) Don’t believe in the people that don’t believe in you!! Everybody thought I was crazy for posting everyday for one week.. what they don’t tell you though is that you’ll always look crazy until you end up on top! Insanity is the leading cause of most great innovators!! 5.) Do it for the love of the game! I had absolutely no expectations going into YouTube, I just did it because it was something that I’ve always wanted to do and believe me when I say that it will get you SO far!! Passion will ALWAYS beat talent everytime :) #YouTube #StorytimeAnimation #Art #Animation
