This is cracking me up cause I’m now in full menopause and the last 10 years were different but no big deal. I’m 53 and on Zero meds for anything. Beat stage 4 cancer in 30 days. Explaining to others that you control your health is interesting for sure!

I believe this! if you have stomach problems I feel you are constantly saying "this makes me sick to my stomach" whether its from the news or whatever. if your neck hurts then something in your life is a pain in the neck, back pain you may be carrying too much. on and on....
