Zelenskyy: Ukraine Will Stop Striking Russian Refineries If US Supplies Patriot Missiles Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Ukraine will halt attacks on Russian oil refineries if the United States provides advanced Patriot interceptor missiles. The proposal comes after US President Donald Trump called on both sides to stop targeting energy infrastructure, citing concerns over rising energy prices and domestic inflation — linked in part to the wars in Iran and Ukraine. Zelenskyy disclosed the offer in an interview with Fox News on Sunday (1 November), saying he has held "multiple discussions at different levels" with Trump and his team on the issue. - @angannchye61
