Zohreh Sadeghi, 33, a self-styled 'techie', was shot and killed by Texas trucker Ramin Khodakaramrezaei, 38, with a handgun on Thursday 9th March at her $1.6m home in Redmond, Washington. Khodakaramrezaei climbed through a window at 2am & shot Sadeghi and her husband, Mohammed Naseri, 35, then himself. Sadeghi's mother was inside the home at the time and was able to escape to a neighbour’s house and call 911. Police say Khodakaramrezaei first found Sadeghi through a podcast about finding work in tech & became so obsessed with her that she filed the restraining order against him. They told the Seattle Times that Khodakaramrezaei's work as a trucker made him hard to nail down. On February 22, just weeks before the killing, records show Khodakaramrezaei sent Naseri 82 texts on Telegram & she told police he had once called her more than 100 times in a day. This led to a temporary order of protection being signed against Khodakaramrezaei on March 3rd, with a hearing scheduled for two weeks later. Khodakaramrezaei had also been charged with 2 counts of telephone harassment & 1 count of stalking. A bench warrant was issued with bail set at $100,000. Naseri wrote in the petition for the no contact order that Sadeghi first told him about Khodakaramrezaei in late 2021, describing him as the member of a new friend group. In n a petition filed in February she pleaded: 'He has bursts of anger and is completely delusional. 'These delusions make me fear for my life and the lives of my loved ones.' He has come to my neighborhood several times, staying at inns around my neighborhood, he has parked down my street in hopes of seeing me. Sadeghi blocked him on all forms of social media but he began to start contacting Naseri, as recently as February 2023. They say the man started tuning in to her podcast several months ago, but started barraging her with messages. She had contacted police and authorities were preparing to serve him with the restraining order, but were having trouble pinning him down. #crimetiktokers #crimetiktok #crimetiktoker #crime #crimejunkie #crimetoks #truecrime #truecrimetiktok #crimejunkies

Judge rules couple accused of raping their adopted sons will not be immune from testifying against each other. Zachary & William Zulock are both charged with rap*ng their adopted sons. A judge has ordered they won't be immune from testifying against each other. The pair must also be represented by separate attorneys The Zulock’s are accused of s0domizing their young sons, who were adopted through a now defunct Christian agency, & offering them up to other local p£dophiles. They are both facing life in prison & have been separated in 2 different jails while they await their next court date in March 2023. Neither has yet entered a plea, but police records indicate they confessed to some of the allegations. Judge Jeffrey L. Foster has ordered that they will be ordered to testify against each other, removing their right to claim immunity because they are married or because it could incriminate themselves. In the most recent hearing, attorney John Haldi - who was representing both men - withdrew his support of Zachary following a request from the prosecution that the 2 men should be severed at trial. Now, Zachary must obtain new counsel - but is struggling to find someone to pay for it, according to Townhall, which broke the first story about the couple in August 2022. Haldi would not be drawn on any details of the case, citing a gag order that the judge is yet to rule on, but that would prevent attorneys on both sides from discussing the case with the media if approved. He said he had 'spoken' with William recently, but wouldn't share any more details or indicate whether he intended to plead guilty or not guilty. In his request that the pair be forced to testify against one another, DA McGinley said it was a matter of public interest that they should have to testify against one another. The couple was able to adopt their 2 sons 2018 despite Zachary having been accused of r*ping another boy in 2011. That allegation was reported to police but never investigated by prosecutors thoroughly enough to warrant charges.
