To all of the people out here I swear you better watch the race they explained it😭 Both of them would not make that corner without going off the track. But one driver GAINED an advantage therefore the penalty was given. What they don’t understand is why would Leclerc risk fighting Hamiltonif they could have easily p1 and p2. Now I know some of you will say its racing, but its a team racing guys.

They both went off leclerc gained an advantage and was penalized. Fair enough. Hamilton requesting a larger penalty for leclerc feels strange given that would have harmed the teams standings and dropped leclerc from first to 3rd getting Ferrari less points overall.

Only 5 second penalty is crazy. Yes Lewis went off too, probably because of what Leclerc did. But then Lewis lost a place to Max instead of cutting across. Given the free air advantage, stick with the 10 second guidelines especially since the driver he got the advantage on is back in 3rd.

Charles was ahead, Lewis fought his own teammate and caused them both to go deep. Lewis then lost the position to max because of his own dumb decision
