Ben :

Gabriel, while this does look really good, have you experienced a good baseline Korean experience of the cuisine? I find fusion foods to be few and far between to be great because they might taste good but no true OG flavors of the cuisine really stand out. Fusion seems to be a good way to trick westerners in to believing they are getting the true flavors of the OG country

MaraJake0406 :

I stumbled across his food truck to host our holiday party a few years ago and man did he deliver. He manned the truck ALONE for 50+ people, showed up on time and professional. The food was hot and amazing. It was literally the first time no one complained about the holiday dinner.
