I had a miscarriage and I still say I hated being pregnant for the short time I was able to be. I still want a child, and I still hate pregnancy. Those two things can coexist.

I HATED pregnancy. Loved what my body was doing. My first I puked the entire 39 weeks. My second I hurt so much my entire pregnancy. And constantly had signs of losing my baby. I was told it’d be almost impossible for me to have children, so I hated complaining. I felt terrible. But I was MISERABLE. I absolutely love my kids and would do it all again for them. But I won’t be having any more. We understand mama. I promise. 💙

Two things can be true at the same time. Pregnancy IS hard and amazing. You’re allowed to complain. I LOVE my daughter but I would never get pregnant again 😅 I threw up everyday for 9 months and had PUPPPS rash on my belly it was horrible.

when i found out i was pregnant with my second. i was so excited and told everyone and then i got Hyperemesis.. i was throwing up 20-30 times a day every single day for 8 months. and everytime i complained or said i felt like i was dying. because i literally was dying.. i was told “you wanted to be pregnant”.. like yes i wanted to be pregnant i wanted a baby. but i didn’t sign up to be sick and not being able to get out of bed or struggling to function. i love my kids but it’s a sacrifice to be pregnant. i want another one but i don’t want to go through pregnancy again lol

Pregnancy is hard for the mommas that struggled SOOOO hard to get pregnant. It’s almost like you can’t feel any other way but happy because you wanted this so bad. Yes I prayed, I cried and I plead god to let me have a baby. BUT you are allowed to feel the way you do. Unfortunately the guilt still stays but it won’t last long. A momma who tried her hardest to get pregnant but also hated pregnancy hears you.

Two things are true at once. I HATED every second of pregnancy and also didn't love the infant stage. I am obsessed with my one year old and would take ten of her. I will do pregnancy again to have another, but all these feelings can coexist.

Oh girl I HATED being pregnant. I was in so much pain from 14weeks until I delivered at 35weeks. 10/10 do not recommend, it was GHETTO. But motherhood is where it’s at!!

I ttc for years and finally became pregnant with twins. I expected it to be perfect and to feel amazing but mentally and physically I had never felt worse. You do forget the bad parts though!!

I’ve been dealing with secondary infertility for a few years now and we’ve done IVF and IUIs with donor sperm (we have male factor infertility). I KNOW pregnancy is hard on me because I have two children from a previous relationship. But knowing it’s hard on me and wanting it anyway feel like two separate parts of my brain. I WANT to experience the bad. I want to experience ALL of it. It’s beautiful and awful and perfect and imperfect and everything all at once. Girl you got here and being allowed to share how it feels is the medal that you get to wear for the journey ❤️parenthood is HARD. It’s intentional every single day, even when you don’t feel good. You’re doing SUCH an amazing job managing it and you have every right to complain. Thank you for normalizing it because when I got pregnant so young with my first child (I was eighteen), no one talked about how physically demanding it is. I thought it was be sunshine and baby glow and a cute little throw up to start my day. Yeah no. So sharing all of it, could educate the young people that look up to you and encourage them to wait until their more ready like you guys ❤️
