They're starting to drain it to do maintenance on the dam. They're working with Fish& Wildlife to deal with the fish population.

I think all the guys that we all pay for Fishing license and stuff. They should take those fish out and move to another lake. They charged us so much to get in and they should be able to save them fish fishing game. They got strict rules on us they should save the fish.

I have no idea what I’m talking about when it comes to fishing but wouldn’t the argument from OC parks be that that they’re draining it before El Niño and see losing the fish as a sacrifice they’re willing to make? Removing all of the fish from the lake seems like it would be massively costly and time is ticking
