It’s so hard. I’ve been gone 3 months and I get videos from my nanny mom of my nanny girls crying wanting me to come home. They are interviewing someone new and my nanny girl said we have a nanny already she lives in TN. I cried hearing that

Make a build a bear with everything you normally say/sing to him. Tell him anytime he misses you he can hold the bear plus hear your voice! Same thing for YOU!!! Have him make a bear with his voice and you’ll get to hold it every time you miss him!

Summer of 25 my nanny babies moved away, I was torn between going with or staying but I decided to stay. One day on our walks the oldest who was almost 4 asked Katia if you don’t move with me what will I do on Katia days? Where will I go on not Mommy days? I explained she’d start school, she started crying saying she would miss me and she wanted me to come on mommy work days. I promised her when they left I would be up to visit. About 6 months after they left I flew up there for a weekend, and 6 months later I drove the 12 hours there. 2 weeks ago they drove back and I got to see them again. Those will always be my babies. They send me art work, I get pictures and updates, and I send them little things I think they would like. It’s hard but he will remember you!
