@sugadippedbrush: 💐💕 From Wedding Day Disaster to a Beautiful Keepsake! 💜💗 I have been waiting (somewhat patiently 😂) for this moment, and yesterday it finally arrived! My preserved wedding bouquet from White Poppy Preservation is HOME, and I am absolutely in LOVE! 🥹💕 For those who don't know, my wedding bouquet was 99.9% lilies, and all of our wedding flowers were in beautiful shades of purple and pink to match our wedding colors. Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans! With temperatures soaring over 105 degrees on our wedding day, my poor bouquet suffered a rather spectacular and tragic death during our outdoor reception. 🥵🥀 Let's just say lilies and extreme heat are NOT a match made in heaven! Thankfully, my amazing matron of honor and her husband came to the rescue! They gathered surviving flowers from our table arrangements, combined them with my unopened lilies and the few blooms that had managed to survive, and somehow created a beautiful, cohesive bouquet to send off to White Poppy Preservation. And then the waiting began... and waiting... and more waiting. Did I mention how patient I've been? 😂 Yesterday, I finally got to unwrap the finished pressed-flower artwork, and OH. MY. GOODNESS! 😍 Of course, I wish my original lilies had survived in better condition, but considering what they had to work with, what @White Poppy Preservation created is nothing short of astonishing! What started as a heat-induced floral catastrophe has become a gorgeous piece of art that I will treasure forever. 💜 A HUGE thank-you to my matron of honor and her husband for rescuing what they could, and to White Poppy Preservation for turning those rescued flowers into something so incredibly beautiful. 🎥 Here's the video of me unwrapping it for the very first time! I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Sometimes even the things that don't go quite as planned on your wedding day can turn into the most wonderful memories. 💕💐. #2026bride #2026wedding #bridalflowerpreservation #happybride
