Pilot error most likely here. LJ60's are very susceptible to Mach tuck phenomenon which this is what I bet happened. Airspeed limit exceeded too much that wings couldn't keep up with airflow and caused airflow disruption as co-efficient of lift specially if dew point and temperature caused leading edge icing and changed the wings shape. Very bad position to be in! May all people on board Rest in Peace. 🫡🙏🏼
