My question is how can they give you a ticket for a fish that was underside and give you an extra ticket to repopulate the fish restock the fish, same thing with deer and any other wildlife. my question is when those animals attack people or across the street and we rent them over and they total our car can we sue you directly because they're your animals because you're charging me like they're your animals. from my understanding, there were gods creation to us, so why are you sticking your fingers in it?

I dont know all the rules for shrimping so there are most likley alot of stupid rules for no reason. but if its anything like hunting the rules exist for a reason.yall be mad about it untill all the game has gone extinct because nobody was held accountable. and if you just followed the rules they wouldent be hounding you.
