There was nothing to pilot. No rear stabilizer? Severe icing? Overspeed? 30,000 feet a minute? Can you imagine even trying to talk under those conditions? Jaime (37yo co-pilot) did amazing. RIP

We know she was on the radios. That usually means someone else was in control of the aircraft that likely iced up and presented the pilots with an unrecoverable condition exceeding MMO. Prayers for all involved, it’s tragic.

honestly i really didn't believe people thought it was a cover up until I saw videos of people believing it was a missile. like of course theres nothing left it was a tiny plane that hit the ground at unimaginable speeds

It doesnt matter male or female, once the horizontal stabilizer froze or broke off there was nothing any pilot could do. It put them in a dive thay was not recoverable. Maybe something else happened but if that was the case they were doomed. RIP.
