water, pasta and sauce, boxed orange juice, shelf stable milk, cereal, coffee, sugar, tuna, peanut butter crackers. you don't have to spend a lot to get a bunch of food for the kids

No need to panic girl. Just when you do your normal shopping get double of the things you would need. Extra case of water, toilet paper, batteries,canned foods,rice. That’s what I been doing for a while now. Even if never used just keep them in rotation.
