@gellisafevrier: Hey Curl Friendz. Sometimes when my clients send me a message, I have to pick up the phone and call because I need to understand exactly what’s going on. When my client explained what happened during her visit with another stylist, she felt like too much heat had been used, along with a few other concerns. At first, I thought, “It can’t be that bad.” But baby, once I got my hands in her hair, I saw exactly what she was talking about. She said even her husband noticed something wasn’t right. Now, through this video, you may not be able to see everything we saw in person. But here’s what I loved most. My client recognized the changes in her hair and knew what she needed before I even had to explain it to her. That’s why client education is so important. And listen, she actually wanted me to cut her hair SHORTER than I did. I said, “No ma’am. We’re going to preserve what we have and only remove what’s necessary.” For her finishing spray, I used Olaplex Shape Set.
