Is the pound connected to the AWL? On the GC a friend found a kitten dumped in a bush in a park & took it to shelter. Told me about it as knew we wanted a kitten. I literally called them daily checking on her (she too had to be desexed so was a few days). The day she was made available I drove down there and described her, she’s been a lived family member for 4 years now. Stay in contact with them, they might not be able to reserve her as such, but if you can be sure to be the first there 🙂🤞🏼

give them your information for EOI to adopt her, don't rely on their website to be updated with her picture/information as they can be slow to process so you'll need to go in and check for her in person too. be prepared to be asked a million and one questions about lifestyle/work hours, property ie rented vs owned and allowance for pets, if you have pets already, kids, fencing etc too
