Beef Tacos with Guacamole 🌮 Ingredients: Tortillas — 3 Ground beef — 150 g Cheddar — 3 slices Mozzarella — 60 g Lettuce For the guacamole: Avocado — 1/2 Tomato — 1/2 Finely chopped onion — 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley — 1 tbsp Lime juice Salt & pepper Spread the ground beef evenly over each tortilla. Place meat-side down in a hot pan and cook until browned. Flip the tortilla, add Cheddar and mozzarella, fold in half and cook on both sides until golden and crispy and the cheese has melted. For the guacamole, mash the avocado with a fork. Add finely chopped tomato, onion, parsley, lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix well. Open the cooked tacos, add lettuce and guacamole, then serve. Tacos de Carne con Guacamole 🌮 Ingredientes: Tortillas — 3 Carne picada de ternera — 150 g Cheddar — 3 lonchas Mozzarella — 60 g Lechuga Para el guacamole: Aguacate — 1/2 Tomate — 1/2 Cebolla picada — 1 cda Perejil picado — 1 cda Zumo de lima Sal y pimienta Extiende la carne picada sobre cada tortilla. Coloca la tortilla en una sartén caliente con la carne hacia abajo y cocina hasta que esté dorada.
