All residents at this rehabilitation centre are alleged to have been subjected to serious abuse by the management. They have reportedly been beaten, punched in the face until they bled, and kicked so violently that they fell to the ground. Residents are also allegedly denied any freedom of expression. Anyone who dares to voice their opinions or challenge the management's instructions is punished by being deprived of food for up to three days. Even more shocking, they are allegedly forced to drink water taken from toilets using a water scoop. Access to bathing water is also strictly controlled, with each resident allowed only a few scoops of water. If they want additional water, they are forced to clean the toilets as a condition. The condition of the food storage area is equally alarming. The food storeroom is reportedly infested with rats, cockroaches and ants, raising serious concerns about hygiene, food safety and the health of the residents. This is not how rehabilitation should work. These are extremely serious allegations of inhumane and degrading treatment. These individuals were sent to a rehabilitation centre to receive help, guidance and a second chance in life — not to be beaten, humiliated, tortured or deprived of basic necessities such as food, clean water and human dignity. A rehabilitation centre should be a place of safety, protection and recovery, not a place of abuse. These allegations must be investigated immediately by the relevant authorities to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.

Semua penghuni di pusat ini didakwa mengalami penderaan yang serius oleh pihak pengurusan. Mereka dilaporkan dipukul, ditumbuk di muka sehingga berdarah dan diterajang sehingga rebah. Penghuni juga dikatakan langsung tidak diberikan kebebasan untuk bersuara. Sesiapa yang berani menyuarakan pendapat atau membantah arahan pihak pengurusan akan dihukum dengan tidak diberikan makanan sehingga tiga hari. Lebih mengejutkan, mereka didakwa dipaksa meminum air dari tandas yang dicedok menggunakan gayung. Penggunaan air untuk mandi juga dikawal dengan sangat ketat, sehingga setiap penghuni hanya dibenarkan menggunakan beberapa gayung air sahaja. Jika mahukan air tambahan, mereka dipaksa melakukan kerja mencuci tandas sebagai syarat. Keadaan tempat penyimpanan makanan juga amat membimbangkan. Stor makanan dilaporkan dipenuhi tikus, lipas dan semut, sekali gus menimbulkan persoalan serius tentang kebersihan, keselamatan makanan dan kesihatan penghuni. Ini bukan cara untuk memulihkan seseorang. Ini adalah dakwaan layanan yang amat serius dan tidak berperikemanusiaan. Mereka dihantar ke pusat pemulihan untuk mendapatkan bantuan, bimbingan dan peluang kedua dalam kehidupan, bukannya untuk dipukul, dihina, diseksa atau dinafikan keperluan asas seperti makanan, air bersih dan maruah diri. Pusat pemulihan sepatutnya menjadi tempat perlindungan dan pemulihan, bukannya tempat penderaan. Perkara ini perlu disiasat dengan segera oleh pihak berkuasa demi keselamatan semua penghuni.
