@sargl.0303: SOSYAL MEDYA DÜZENLEMESİ HAKKINDA BİR UYARIDA SAYIN BAKANIMIZ MAHİNUR ÖZDEMİR GÖKTAŞ’DAN GELDİ Bakan Göktaş duyurdu: Yaş doğrulaması sadece bu adresten yapılabilir Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanı Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, çocukları dijital dünyanın risklerinden korumayı hedefleyen yeni sosyal medya düzenlemesinin yürürlüğe girdiğini duyurdu. Yeni yönetmelikle 15 yaşını doldurmamış çocuklara sosyal medya hizmeti sunulamayacak, yaş doğrulaması ise sadece e-Devlet üzerinden gerçekleştirilecek. Bakan Göktaş, sosyal medya hesabından, yürürlüğe giren 15 yaş altındaki çocukların sosyal medya kullanımını sınırlandıracak yeni düzenlemeye ilişkin açıklamalarda bulundu. Göktaş, açıklamasında şu ifadelere yer verdi: "Çocuğun üstün yararını gözeten yeni sosyal medya düzenlemesi ile çocuk dostu dijital ekosistem hedefimizde önemli bir adım attık. Yürürlüğe giren yeni Yönetmelik doğrultusunda; 15 yaşını doldurmamış çocuklara sosyal medya hizmeti sunulamayacak. Yalnızca 15-18 yaş arasındaki çocuklar hesap açabilecek. 15-18 yaş aralığında çocuklara ayrıştırılmış hizmet verilecek. Platformlar, kullanışlı ebeveyn kontrol araçları sunacak." YAŞ DOĞRULAMASI SADECE E-DEVLET ÜZERİNDEN YAPILACAK Açıklamasında, Yönetmelik çerçevesinde yeni açılacak hesaplar için yaş doğrulamasının zorunlu olacağına dikkati çeken Göktaş, mevcut hesaplar için 31 Mart 2027’ye kadar zorunlu yaş doğrulaması işleminin tamamlanacağını duyurdu. Yaş doğrulama için yalnızca https://turkiye.gov.tr adresi ve resmi e-Devlet uygulamasının kullanılacağını belirten Göktaş, bu adreslerin dışında hiçbir adres ve uygulamadan yaş doğrulamasının yapılmayacağını kaydetti.
