The aircraft lost control because due to the ice on the wing it caused the whole wing to freeze up. Without a working wing, the whole plane fails. Think of a plane like a bird, if a bird has a broken wing, it cannot fly.

from my knowledge, the plane had iceing (look up what that means on Google cuz idk) causing it to bank toward the ground at almost 90 degrees and the last confirmed speed by the pilot aka the crew member you see here, was going 22,000 ft per minute toward the ground. the plane was practically disintegrated upon impact with the ground, causing a crater in the road, the reason we know why we know what they said before they died, is the black box, a almost indestructible audio recorder for things like this, hope this helps!
