if the waiter came over she should have taken notice then if someone else told to how she had drinks but in her that should have been the ice on the cake. she should have done something but I thought I just got her to settle down it's not fair that passing paper drink and now I don't have the drink. the mom should offer to pay for a drink. ask her daughter what happened then pay for the drink
