i think it's a KOC issue. they had darnold, and he went on to win a SB. jj looks better after leaving. kirk is thriving on the raiders. Kyler might be washed, but he can still run and throw deep and he rarely ever uses his legs.

"Doesn't go through progressions" reason why is simply he can't see. The play is set with passing lanes, but those lanes change due to simple game play. He's unable to see over his teammates. That's why he's a 1 read the run guy. He's got everything else but physical attributes are still super important at the highest level, including height.

Brother it’s a designed screen Kyler isn’t reading anything and he can’t throw it down field or it’s illegal man down field. The orbit is pure window dressing no QB in the NFL would ever throw it there it’s not a real read. Kyler’s realistic options are throw it at Jones’ feet or give him a chance to make a play, and he made the right decision.
