Indianapolis is horrible ! I worked in a long-term care facility had 40 something patients as a nurse they told me the facility didn’t have diapers or supplies for a whole week and I ended up buying them out-of-pocket!!!

clearly the worst experience for my loved one who was the last week. The nursing staff, the cleanliness, rooms outdated (equipment not working)...I can go on and on😡😡😡

The biggest problem is we rely too much on EMRs. I’m old - old enough that when I started, there were no computers. Teach EMRs but teach the backup plan of handwriting orders, notes, lab results, routing slips, etc.

IU is worse they over worked their MA’s and they be expecting to do everything even what the RN supposed to do and if u deny to do it they will accuse you and blacklist you so you don’t get to work in the medical field.
