🙋♀️Hey there. so I was a chronic sleep walker/talker for 11 years (6 to 17 yrs old, it's very rare I do it now). It can be very jarring to encounter someone doing that. Once I yelled at my husband for not plugging my phone into the cantaloupe. Another time I walked into the living room and told my Dad that Topanga from Boy Meets World was in my room and she was keeping me up. He just went "I'll tell her to stop, go back to sleep." My best advice would be to go with the flow and just say "oh that's nice. go to sleep." even if what their doing is kinda creepy. Us sleep walkers/talkers can say some off the wall stuff, but its usually just incoherent bits of our dreams slipping out.

My son wakes up sometimes and mumbles things i can’t understand OR hysterically laughs……. It’s freaky in the moment 😅😅😅 then i just say a prayer over him and be on my way LOL

maybe cover her mirror when shes asleep especially if there is a reflection on the other side of the room. Just a superstitious thing should avoid mirrors near your bed. 😉

i spend the night at my aunt house,I didn't know one of my cousins talk in her sleep ,worse sleep walk too,that girl beat my ahh thinking I was the per she was fighting in her dream ,I mean big stuff,I was so little like 5 she was about 11 I never spend another night at their house ,I was scared of her for a really long time 🤣🤣🤦🏾♀️

I already get scared seeing my baby in the camera when he’s awake at night, the camera itself makes everything creepy 😂 now I gotta wait for this too!?

I used to do stuff like that all the time when I was younger. My mom told me the things I would do and also my friends if I had a sleepover 😂. It goes away but I scared a lot of people apparently

my son used to have full conversations with someone every night. a man named gabe and a nice lady. full on giggling and singing songs and asking and answering questions. I had to disconnect the baby monitor. dont involve me in your spookies. 😂

My husband has talked in his sleep like this since he was a child. He is out cold, eyes closed, and has full conversations with me about what ever is happening in his dreams. The majority of the time he says funny things, but every once in a while he'll have a nightmare and say the creepiest stuff.

Sleep talking/sleep walking. She is very young. Bring it up to your pediatrician. Plus put a slider lock in your front & back doors up real high where she cannot open if she is sleep walking . I still do that , have done it all my life. The older the more I did it. I now have conversations with my eyes open , look normal walk off etc.. but I am asleep! I cannot remember a thing!
