Most landlords are very wicked and greedy, there intentions is never to see you as a tenant succeed. Increasing rent from 300k to 1m is absolutely wicked and witchcraft. My landlord did same increase my rent from 650k to 1.5k in the space of one year. When I try to question and protest over the new rent increase other tenants went behind to start making payments. That way I lose the agitation and left with no choice to follow suit
