3v3+2 DIRECTIONAL POSSESSION GAME Organisation
15 players in total:
• 3v3 in each half
• 3 neutral players: 1 central neutral and 2 wide neutrals/goalkeepers, depending on the setup How it works
The objective is to transfer the ball from one half to the other and score a point for your team. To switch play, the team in possession must combine with the central neutral player, who is positioned between the two halves. The central neutral must play the ball back with a one-touch pass, allowing the team to transfer possession into the opposite half. Once possession is won, the opposing team immediately becomes the attacking team and tries to transfer the ball to the other half under the same conditions. Key moments:
🔹 Scanning — check your surroundings before receiving.
🔹 Movement — create passing lanes and constantly adjust your position.
🔹 Body orientation — receive on the half-turn whenever possible.
🔹 Passing quality — accuracy, timing and weight of pass.
🔹 Speed of reaction — react quickly to transitions.
🔹 Support play — provide options before and after the pass. Session by coaching staff: Head coach: Roman Nádvorník Assistant coaches: Jiří Lerch & Jiří Vágner #footballdrills #footballtraining #soccerdrills #footballcoach #soccertraining
