Depends i guess 1. I have dated guys who were at same level with me financially, I have never dated up. 2. Intellectually in previous relationships I was the educated one, but the current one leading to marriage he is a PHD holder, 2 Masters degree. I have a Master's degree. 3. Intellectually we are on par🤣 one of the things that attracted him to me was my mind. He still brags about my intellect to his friends and family. So I partially agree with you, but I think sometimes it depends with the person not every woman follows that script.

Don’t fully agree with this. Marrying up YES, it’s what’s make a woman respect you, she is impressed by the quality she was attracted to. Where I don’t agree, losing it doesn’t change it for most women because ground themselves in relation foundation memories or experiences. Resentment I believe comes from the man changing intentionally in a way that does not prioritize her and hurts her.
