@gj.sweetandsavoury: Grilled Fish in Lemon Butter Sauce Ingredients: 500 gms Boneless fish fillets 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp oregano Half tsp salt 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 tsp lemon juice 4 tbsp flour 1 egg Oil for frying Lemon butter sauce: 5 tbsp butter 3 garlic crushed 2 tbsp Lemon juice 3 tbsp coriander chopped 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder Pinch salt In a bowl,take fish,add all the mentioned ingredients,coat the fish with the batter, now in a pan add oil, grill or fry fish for 5-6 minutes each side.
