@kindregardshun: Monday morning motivation from the manager we all wish we had. Some of you are lucky enough to have a good manager 🤓 Every workplace has that one colleague who creates more problems than they solve. Sometimes the best thing you can do is protect your peace, do your job and leave the chaos where you found it. Send this to your work bestie who deserves a stress-free Monday! #worktok #corporatelife #workbestie #9to5life #mondaymotivation

And if someone approaches you about their tasks, assess if that helps with your job or just adds to it. You decide the burden you can carry.

in my company, there's always a mass email sent everytime something big happen. this week topic is "beware of online scam". this means someone in the company got scammed real bad and probably affected the company enough for them to care.. 😭😂

Umm can u be my manager lol

RainbowsnUnicorns :

I am that manager and proud of it. I send these kind of memes to my A team. I’m as transparent as a window. If I’ve got a problem you will know about it but because I’m honest but tactile, it’s always met with thanks for letting me know I’ll do better

steph2690arce :

Can I copy and paste 😂

Jean :

I’m saving that one for future use 😂

Chase Ryder :

🤣🤣 I'd work at a place that had this type of Manager
