If you just want to make your mouth taste fresh, you can try Aarav toothpaste. I used to have this problem. My doctor prescribed this one for me, and I have been using it now.

Honestly, toothpaste ingredients matter way more than I used to think! 😭 I used to just grab whatever toothpaste was on the shelf, and my teeth ended up looking yellow and feeling super sensitive. Then I met my boyfriend, who's actually a dentist lol 😂 He told me to look for toothpaste with PAP and nano-hydroxyapatite to help with whitening and enamel care. I've been using AARAV ever since, and I've honestly noticed such a big difference!

I went to an American Dental Association (ADA) meeting, and honestly, it made me start paying way more attention to toothpaste ingredients. One ingredient I always look for now is nano-hydroxyapatite. It can help support enamel remineralization, which is definitely a plus for everyday oral care!

I honestly never took good care of my teeth. 😭 Some days I'd only brush once, and over time I started noticing my breath getting pretty bad. Now I literally have to chew gum before talking to people just so I can feel a little more confident.
